Is exercise a part of this?
I'm going to coach you through a sustainable movement routine that actually works for your life and how you want to live post-weight loss... not some obsessive routine where you're fighting for steps, working out to justify eating or burn the calories.
Last Day 1 is NOT for those of you who want to be ultra athletes or bodybuilders. Here's the truth: you can't "work out your way" to permanent weight loss... because what happens when you can't work out the same way?
Many of our alumni, including myself, have gone months without being able to work out due to injury and haven't gained a single pound back or reverted to old habits. 3 years after hitting my goal I had heart surgery and couldn't workout for 3 months. In 2025 I hurt my back and went 16 months of not working out. You're probably wondering how that's possible.
It's not because we're "just being disciplined". It's because we've actually healed the root of the issue. Before Last Day 1 we would have gained all the damn weight back. Plenty of people who were never overweight never work out, ever.

What if I fall off track?

When are the LD1 Live calls?
Every Monday at 1:00pm ET and every other Wednesday at 5:00pm ET. All calls are recorded and available in the system the same day if you can't make it live.
What if I can't make the calls?
Not a problem at all. Members who can't make it live watch the recordings and see zero difference in their results. You'll also have direct access to me between calls Monday through Friday — so if something comes up and you need help right now, you aren't stuck waiting until the next call to get it.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
The Common Sense Diet™ isn't a prescriptive meal plan, so dietary restrictions fit naturally. I'm not handing you a rigid list of meals you "have to eat."
